After you send 100% payment, you will be contacted shortly and provided with your personal support manager who will guide you through all the steps of the project. We’ll be using Basecamp software to share ideas, gather feedback, and track progress during a project.

1. Main services and tools

1.1. Niche research

If you have not decided yet what niche to choose, we will carefully select and analyze a niche for you, using our unique niche research technique. We will do in-depth research to make sure your niche has stable long-term positions, is in demand now and has great potential in future.

1.2. Theme and design

Our service offers three different themes you can choose any for your project. All our themes feature a fully responsive design and conversion optimized interface. You will be provided with a custom design that will include:

  • logo design (1 revision is possible)
  • header images design (1 revision is possible)
  • favicon and other design elements (1 revision is possible)

If you need more revisions, please check our additional services.

The structure of the templates is not changeable and there is no possibility to use third-party themes.

1.3. Domain name

The domain name is included in purchase. You will be provided with the list of 3-5 your niche related domains to choose from. All domains we offer are brand new and located in .com zone. After your site is completed the domain name will be transferred to your Godaddy account. Please note that after a year you’ll need to renew your domain. You will need to provide your Godaddy ID and email associated with your Godaddy account. If you have not got a Godaddy account yet, visit Godaddy.com.

1.4. Hosting

The hosting service is included in purchase, we use our own hosting solution. If you want to choose another hosting provider, tell your personal manager about that. Also you may need to provide your hosting cPanel access.

1.5. Products

We carefully select products for your site, adding only highly demanded and popular items from the most trusted AliExpress sellers. Our selection is based on such indicators like purchase volume, popularity, seller’s feedback score, customers’ reviews, current trends and AliExpress best-selling products data feed. Before importing products in your site we do a research to make sure the prices on your web store have a good margin for you but are below the prices of your competitors. The amount of products we add to a site depends on the option: Basic – 50 items, Advanced – 100 items, Ultimate – 200 items. If you want to change some items after we added them to your site, we can offer one revision that includes 10% from a total quantity of uploaded products. After your site is completed you can easily add more products with the help of AliDropship plugin that is integrated into your site.

1.6. Up to 12% AliExpress cashback

Cashback system in internet purchases lets you get part of the money you spend on the internet back. The AliExpress cashback scheme works as follows: you click a special affiliate link and purchase a desire product for your client on AliExpress. After the product is delivered to your customer, part of the cost (up to 12%) is returned to you on your affiliate account. Then you can withdraw your money, getting an additional bonus to your main dropshipping source of income.

1.7. AliDropship and DropshipMe plugin

WordPress dropshipping plugins are the core of the system. They allow adding and updating products on a site directly from AliExpress automatically. With plugins you get all features you need to run and manage your site.

1.8. Payment gateways

The most popular payment gateways like PayPal, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, PayU, Stripe are already integrated into the Plugin. To connect PayPal to your website you need to have an active PayPal account. If you want to accept credit cards on your site, you need to be registered and approved by an online payment processing service. We can’t guarantee the approval because your website can be rejected by online payment processing services for different reasons (for example, if your website breaks some copyright issues). Learn more about payment gateways.

1.9. Support email and phone number

Working with a dropshipping website, email is a primary way for communication with your customers and suppliers. We can connect any of your existent emails to your website or you can create a new one. In case if you want to use email account like support@yourdomain.com you can register it with Google Apps for work (https://www.google.com/work/apps/business/) for $5 per month or create it for free on your hosting account, if it includes a mail server. You can also provide a phone number that will be shown on your webstore.

3. Terms of service for Woo custom stores

3.1. Delivery time

If you choose a site powered by Woo plugins, it will take more time to complete the work on your project.

3.2. Themes

Our service offers four different themes compatible with our plugins. Please keep in mind that WooCommerce platform (including Woo themes) is not developed by us.

3.3. Additional plugins

This platform accepts a great variety of additional plugins offered by third-party companies to enhance your site’s functionality. We install only the basic plugins necessary to launch your store and start selling straight away. Here is the list of plugins provided by our service:

  1. Google Analytics
  2. Easy SMTP or PepiPost (for notifications)
  3. Yoast SEO
  4. Aftership (for Tracking)
  5. Contact Form 7

3.4. Layout

Please pay attention to the layout of the theme that you select. Your website will be built in accordance with the demo version of your chosen theme.

3.5. Payment gateways

Please note that we can only integrate the payment gateway you are registered and approved with. Besides, the selected payment gateway should have its plugin available for WooCommerce platform.

4. Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the type of the package you purchase. Please note that delivery time will also depend on how fast you will provide the information required from a client.

5. Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on this service once the order is placed and the work has been started.
